Inclusions that would be unmissable in an emerald cut often vanish entirely in an oval's busier facet arrangement. But eye-clean is not a graded term on a GIA or IGI certificate. Don't pay for VVS2 on a lab-grown oval at this price point. The visibility difference between VVS2 and VS2 is, in practice, zero. The price difference is not. A well-cut VS2 in G or H will outperform a poorly cut VVS1 in most real world lighting.

What to look for in a video: a dark band running horizontally across the centre of the stone that persists when the stone is tilted side to side. A faint shadow that mostly disappears on tilt is normal oval character. A thick, static band that barely shifts regardless of angle is a stone to walk away from.
