Making a complaint
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our Service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
- Email us at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, any relevant account or transaction details, and the outcome you are seeking. If it relates to a privacy concern, send it to [email protected] instead.
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days.
- If we cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you have the right to escalate to an external body. Australian residents may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) for consumer matters, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) for privacy matters, or Consumer Affairs Victoria for state-level consumer complaints. Users in the European Union and United Kingdom have equivalent rights before their local data-protection authority and consumer regulator.
